I had a really lovely myofascial massage with Eva. I felt very welcomed into the environment and the massage itself was really wonderful. Eva is very intuitive and skilled. Therapy Room is chilled out and welcoming. I've been getting deep tissue/remedial massages with Kasia for years & wouldn't go anywhere else! I've got fibro & hEDS - she knows exactly where my problem areas are and how to work them, so I always leave feeling very relaxed.

Patrick is an incredibly caring, attentive and knowledgeable massage therapist who explains every step of the way what's about to happen in your treatment. Due to working a desk-based role and frequently experiencing tension in my upper back and shoulders, I decided book a massage at the Elements Bodywork studio. As someone who hasn't really had massage before, I felt wholly supported and comfortable -there were moments when I felt so at peace, I could have fallen asleep! I left feeling relaxed, more in tune with my body and I am already looking forward to returning for another session.

Fantastic massage with Chairs. I felt totally relaxed, rejuvenated and at ease. The atmosphere is clean, cosy and welcoming. Charis is a wonderful and attentive massage therapist. It was my first time trying side laying massage, which was suggested due to nasal congestion, and it vastly improved the experience of the massage in all aspects. Would definitely come again and recommend.

Amazing experience with Toni, I've had a lot of massages before but I think this was my best ever one, which is a big deal because I am 38 weeks pregnant and not felt comfortable for weeks! Catherine is really professional so you’re made to feel very looked after and comfortable. The room is cosy, very clean and relaxing; much better than many spas I have visited. I had a wonderful relaxing massage with Toni , feel so relaxed and refreshed.

Patrick is a wonderful professional. He puts you at ease straight away and collaboratively discusses your treatment path, explaining what is being done to achieve what end. He finds out what you as an individual are hoping to achieve from the session, instead of giving a ‘one size fits all’ massage. I have no qualm in recommending him, both to close friends and the internet. He listens to the needs and abilities of the chronic pain sufferer and has never patronisingly recommended unrealistic ‘home stretching routines’. Also as a lady I feel safe and confident with him as a male masseure.

I had a massage in prep for the half marathon. Toni really worked my legs and shoulders and I honestly feel it helped get myself in the right condition for the day. The room is tranquil and warm. Would highly recommend. Thank you.
