Victoria was very professional and lovely company. She understood my needs and took time and technique to improve my nails so much. Love the colour and the end result. Rai is absolutely 💯 incredible from the moment you walk in! She did a fantastic eyelash lift and tint and I am thrilled with the results. Comfy, clean, professional setting. Rai was very knowledgeable and ensured that I fully understood every step of the procedure before she proceeded. The procedure was very tolerable to the point where I fell asleep. The air con during a heat wave was also a much welcome touch. I am very pleased with the final outcome. Very proud of my brows.

Jay was great and overall a v nice massage. The spa is nicely done but if there was more than 1 customer there there wouldn’t be much privacy but maybe this doesn’t happen - everyone v friendly. (Booking experience with voucher was painful hence 4 stars).
