Had an excellent massage from Jessica, she managed to release a lot of the tension in my back and shoulders and I felt so much more relaxed at the end. Would definitely recommend.

It was lovely to meet Jess. She did an LVL eye lash lift and tint. She was friendly and very welcoming. The treatment room is fresh and clean. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend The Skin Refinery for treatments.

Korean lash lift and brow wax and tint today. My eyelashes were not particularly receptive to treatment today but Heidi’s perfectionism and determination won through. Highly recommend Reflect Beauty.

Kaleigh was on time to my appointment and did a wonderful job. She is very friendly and always professional and really focuses on what she is doing to ensure a brilliant and clean finish to my nails. Kaleigh also carries a great selection of colours, from subtle to bold to everything in between. Today I went for something a little more abstract than I would normally go for and I absolutely love everything about them, the shape, the colour, the abstract design and the finish. Thank you, I can’t wait to show them off.

Heidi takes pride and care in ensuring the best results in her treatments. My lashes are always difficult to lift and tint but Heidi knows just how to get the best results. Would thoroughly recommend her.

First time trying a Korean lash lift and I am blown away by the result - looks so natural but I finally have lovely lashes. The whole process was so easy and comfortable and I will be back again very soon! Thank you !

I had my first pedicure at Ellie’s today with Sammy. I was greeted by all the staff and invited to select a colour from a huge range. I was shown to a very comfortable seat and asked if I would like the massage function on….well who wouldn’t?!! Sammy was friendly and professional throughout the appointment and the treatment was truly relaxing and pampering including nail work, file, a scrub and soak then a lovely massage with a moisturiser. I left with beautiful looking and feeling feet, and made my next appointment before I left!!
