I haven’t been to get my hair done in 10 months after moving to Sheffield because of anxiety of going to a new salon, but I can’t recommend enough, my hair looks amazing and feels so fresh, looks so shiny, I felt instantly at home with everyone and chatted away for 2 hours to the point I was a bit sad to leave and finish the conversation. Had a lovely coffee and biscuit which made it even better, booked straight back in and can’t wait. I even had to move the appointment last minute due to work and they were so accommodating, would give 6 stars if I could.

As someone who doesn't "do" beauty treatments, I always feel a bit on edge when I do! Nikita was lovely and really put me at easy. My Korean Lash Lift has given me really wow lashes and I'm really impressed with the results! Will definitely treat myself to more KIKI Beauty treatments in the future and would definitely recommend. I absolutely loved my experience! Jorden is friendly, approachable, and clearly very experienced, with excellent knowledge of massage techniques. Charlie Jade does my lash lift and is very skilled indeed. My eyes often run during the treatment but Charlie doesn't let this get in the way of achieving great results. She is also the first beauty therapist to ever advise me properly on aftercare following lash lift. Thanks Charlie!

I recently had fillers and lash extensions done, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The atmosphere was clean, calm, and welcoming. Charlie took the time to explain the filler process, answer all my questions, and really listened to what I wanted.
