I had an eyelash tint and eyebrow tidy up (wax and trim). It was a relaxing environment with nice decor and background music. The stylist listened to me and gave me the degree of eyebrow tidy I wanted, without losing the natural look. Everything was efficient (e.g. forms filled in advance via an app), so no time wasted.

Brilliant eyebrow wax, exactly what I wanted. Betty was so gentle and polite during the entire appointment, lovely casual chat. The room was pleasant with natural lighting, fan was on to keep me cool and had a comfortable bed to relax during the procedure. Thank you, will book again.

I would definitely recommend Paula. A great choice of colours & designs are available & Paula is such a perfectionist. I've now got lovely looking nails that last 3 - 4 weeks.
