She was attentive, professional, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. The results were perfect—my brows are beautifully shaped, and the henna tint looks natural and lasts long. I had my first set of eyelash extensions done at Nova Beauty Charlestown and the experience was absolutely wonderful. The studio has such a calm, relaxing vibe that made me feel at ease right away. Elisha was fantastic! So knowledgeable, gentle, and professional. She explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I'm completely in love with my lashes, they look natural, full, and flawless. I’ve had so many compliments already. Highly recommend!

I just got my eyebrows waxed and tinted and my eyelashes curled and tinted, it was so relaxing in the reclining chair I nearly fell asleep! They have a nice location in the shopping centre away from the busy food court. The lady there was lovely too. 🙂
