Shreta was amazing. I came to the appointment so tired after an extremely early start of the day. She was so considerate and attentive and I felt so good at the end of the appointment, even though it was just an eyelash tint. Shreta turned the lights and music down and gave me a head massage (which was heavenly and just what i needed) while waiting for the tint. Highly recommend Shreta

I had an amazing experience here. Izumi's consultation was thorough, the application was incredibly gentle, and the results are exactly what I hoped for—full yet natural. The studio is spotless and the aftercare instructions were clear. My lashes still look great after three weeks. Highly recommend! Love the Japanese inspired atmosphere too!

I’ve been going to Skintopia for the past five years, ever since their Commercial Bay days, and I’ve had the chance to experience many facialists over that time but Bianka is hands down the best. She just gets it right every single time. Her facial massages are incredible, and her touch is so calming and precise. I love that she’s not overly chatty and really lets me relax and make the most of my treatment. She’s never pushy about product sales either, which I really appreciate. Overall, Bianka is amazing easily the best at the Herne Bay branch!

Miho is amazing, she is very gentle w my eyes literally make me fall asleep. Her studio is very pretty and especially with an AC!!! what a dream for summer. My lashes look soooo pretty like barbie lashes! Definitely my to go place for lashes now

I had an eyelash lift and eyebrow shape. I am very happy with the way my eyelashes came out as I wanted them to. I had my eyebrows shaped to suit me and the change in appearance was amazing. Izumi is very friendly and her technique is professional. I had a great time. I would recommend her to everyone.

Yesterday i had my eyebrows and eyelashes done and also my lip threaded which Renu has been doing for many years for me. I also decided th have one of the ladies cut my hair. Really happy with the outcome. Her scissor technique was fabulous. Very happy. Than you 😁

I have been going to Izumi for years and I will never go anywhere else. She is the utmost perfectionist and I always walk away feeling like I've had a mini face lift - and that's just having my brows and lashes done! Her new clinic is beautifully Japanese themed, extremely clean and so relaxing I always fall asleep listening to soft soothing sounds, while being wrapped in warmth. Bliss. Izumi is just the most wonderful person too - she's genuinely one of the nicest people I've met - really caring, nurturing and lovely. She has a client for life :) xxx
