As a regular customer to Kess Hair & Beauty Glenfield, I usually come in for a service. However, today I wanted to spoil myself. I asked the beautician if I could do my hair as well. No hesitation at all, after my first appointment then straight into my prompt unscheduled hair treat. I’m more than satisfied and elated with the fantastic service and pleasant experience.

Brittaney does an excellent job, beautiful relaxing massage - firm but gentle. Very attentive & takes great care, provided well detailed advice regarding my skin needs. Brittaney's also tinted my lashes & brows in a previous appointment and did a great job with them too. Lovely and friendly but also gives you enough time to rest without talking.

I had an amazing experience here. Izumi's consultation was thorough, the application was incredibly gentle, and the results are exactly what I hoped for—full yet natural. The studio is spotless and the aftercare instructions were clear. My lashes still look great after three weeks. Highly recommend! Love the Japanese inspired atmosphere too!

Aimee was so knowledgeable and asked really great questions about my lash lift which made me so confident in her abilities. I am so extremely happy with my results and am so excited for my next visit!

Aimee is my go to for spray tanning (& brows/lashes) Always a comfortable and relaxed environment and the results are a perfect tan every time.

I had an eyelash lift and eyebrow shape. I am very happy with the way my eyelashes came out as I wanted them to. I had my eyebrows shaped to suit me and the change in appearance was amazing. I have been going to Izumi for years and I will never go anywhere else. She is the utmost perfectionist and I always walk away feeling like I've had a mini face lift - and that's just having my brows and lashes done! Her new clinic is beautifully Japanese themed, extremely clean and so relaxing I always fall asleep listening to soft soothing sounds, while being wrapped in warmth. Bliss. Izumi is just the most wonderful person too - she's genuinely one of the nicest people I've met - really caring, nurturing and lovely. She has a client for life :) xxx
