She really goes the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and welcomed at her spot 💟 She’s got great chat too! I visited Arte Nova for a massage today- it was super relaxing, I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Lauren was really welcoming and lovely. Already looking at what else I can get booked in! The treatment room was beautiful and had the most calming atmosphere. I would fully reccomend to anyone and can't wait to come back already! A little gem in High Barnet!

Couldn’t be happier with the result of the Korean lash lift Joana gave me. She was also great at making me comfortable during the process and lovely person to chat with. Will definitely be back in the future. Couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Lovely facial - skin feels amazing and looks much fresher and brighter. Such a treat to lie and be pampered for an hour including a really relaxing arm and shoulder massage. I also had my eye lashes and brows tinted for the first time, professionally, and am so pleased with the result. Thanks so much Lauren!

The best lashes I’ve ever had! Ria listens to exactly what I want each time and DELIVERS! If you need some beauty sleep, they also have the comfiest lash bed ever, really makes it hard to stay awake during appointments!

Honestly best experience while getting your lashes done , ells had Heated blankets which was so good considering the weather how cold it is , I felt so comfortable and warm i fell asleep , couldn’t of asked for more aswell as the lashes

I have had my brows and lashes shaped and tinted by Ozge a few times now and she is fantastic. She's an all round lovely human, has a high attention to detail and accepted the challenge of my naturally super fair hair. Safe to say I won't be going anywhere else because it was like a breath of fresh air discovering therabeautic.
