Really great, no post-application sting and usually my eyes stream a LOT when I get lashes done so its mostly an unpleasant experience for me. But I was very pleased with what Kay did for me, great lashes, didn't feel a thing! Already my fave lash tech :)

I was a little nervous about having a lash lift and tint as this was my first time, but Shannon totally reassured me and was very professional throughout. I was very pleased with the end result and a week later my lashes are still looking lovely. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and I’ll be back again soon!

This was my first time at Studio 11, Kelsey did my hair. She was really nice, she asked about my hair and what I wanted, she was attentive and personable. Maisy is just the most wonderful lash technician - I’ve been going to her for years, mostly for classic lashes but also had a couple of LVLs. She’s always so friendly and accommodating, moving appointments around. I can’t recommend her highly enough!
