From own experience in London, is the best salon for cosmetic treatments! Flutura is always welcoming, friendly, fair with clients treatments, needs and expectations, and highly professional!

I have never left Sadia’s salon less impressed than the prior appointment - every time she goes above and beyond what I thought possible. After many disappointing trips to various different hairdressers in SE London, Hermine really took care of my hair today, and I am truly grateful. I have stubborn grey roots that can be challenging to touch up correctly, but she persisted and she checked in with me every step of the way, ensuring that I left the salon feeling happy. Nataliia is an artist! She totally nailed the vibe I wanted: a sleek, tight bun that still felt relaxed. My hair is very thick and curly, but she prepped it perfectly with a flawless wash and blow-dry. She used just the right amount of product—it felt light but stayed sturdy through endless hugs and dancing! From the trial to the big day (when she even opened early for me!), she was incredible. Best facial in London! Hands down

I had a lash lift and tint with Mona - she was super gentle and it was a very relaxing experience, I almost fell asleep! I’m very happy with the results and can’t wait to enjoy my lashes carefree on holiday. I will definitely be back to try other treatments - thank you!
