After many disappointing trips to various different hairdressers in SE London, Hermine really took care of my hair today, and I am truly grateful. I have stubborn grey roots that can be challenging to touch up correctly, but she persisted and she checked in with me every step of the way, ensuring that I left the salon feeling happy.
