This was my first appointment with Mia and she was so welcoming and made me feel really comfortable, had a really good chat but was also comfortable enough to have a lash nap if I wanted. My lashes are amazing! Mia took the time to listen to what I wanted before she started my appointment and got them exactly spot on, I know I’m not the easiest client (as a former beauty therapist) I’m fussy and my eyes are fluttery but Mia made me feel like no trouble at all! Thank you ❤️

That was the best lift I've had in years. Someone the therapist normally always gets some product in my eye which stings so much. She also used some really comfortable cups to cover the bottom lashes rather than tape. I also wasn't left with as much sticky residue around my eye which was much better. Lift looks good, can't compare how long it will last compared to others as its only been a few days but looking good.

Great service as always! Super friendly business & always great beauty services offered. I had my nails done today ready for Christmas & Megan, Katie and Sophia are all extremely welcoming. If you’re lucky you’ll get pup cuddles too. Can’t fault this lovely Southbourne business.

As always my experience with Jade was 10/10. My nails have never lasted as long as they do when I have them done with Jade around 4 weeks! No nail art is too much hassle and every appointment i leave feeling so happy with nails ❤️ My most recent appointment I had a lash lift and my eyelashes have never looked so long!
