Layla is the best! I’ve received different treatments (eyelashes, nails, waxing) which have always been to a very high standard. Layla always gets me in (even last minute) and takes the time to get to know you and what you like 💗

I had an a wax with Jess today, she was fantastic & really lovely as well. Also, I have been in contact with Jemma as a sudden family emergency happened & had to cancel at the last minute & rearrange twice. She was incredibly patient & understanding, I had paid 2 deposits on for the cancelled bookings and would never of expected to have a refund for them as I had let them down. However, when I finally came in for my waxing, Jemma discounted my bill by £9.60, deducted both deposits! That was incrediblely kind. Thanks Jemma & Jess, definitely now my new regular salon. Highly recommended. Julie x

Your friendly smile, warm personality, and relaxing conversation helped me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. I truly appreciate the care, attention to detail, and great job you did with my hair removal treatment. It was a wonderful experience, and I couldn't be happier with the result. Thank you once again.
