Amazing lash lift - have over the years been to 5 different salons in Harborne areas for lash lift treatments and they have been rubbish or just okay - Donna however did an incredible job - professional from start to finish and my lashes look fab plus for the first time ever having my lashes done didn’t sting because she took time to make sure each stage of the process was done correctly. She also gave me a choice of doll like dramatic look or softer lift curl - again never been offered this choice or had the difference explained to me - cannot recommend this lovely lady highly enough!

Gorgeous facial great lashes and brows I literally could cope without Donna-Marie now she is just perfect 🥰🥰

I only use ritual retreat to have my hair done by emma, she is the queen of curls.(i have curly hair). After a few years my levels have grown out, and the hair style i had to day was just wonderful , all by scrunching and using a diffuser (plus some posh shampoo, and a spray that controls frizzing and is light weight to the touch. My hair feels so much lighter and brighter/softer. I was offerred a drink, (i chose squash), was served in a spotless glass and a coaster. Emma her usual LOVELY SELF(even though first day back from holiday to egypt). Well done to shop being opened over 12 months.

Kenix is a lovely lash tech I recommend her highly lashes look lovely and I had a lovely time very relaxed 🤍
