Carolyn was incredibly gentle throughout the entire appointment. I was so relaxed and comfortable. I also appreciate that she makes an assessment before applying extensions, which tells me she customizes her sets based on the eye shape. She gave me goodies in my kit and a cold water bottle to-go. Getting my lashes done by Carolyn is like a little therapy session every time. I get to relax, have a good chat and leave feeling amazing with the most beautiful lashes. She always does an amazing job and listens to exactly what I want (my shorties 😉). She also does my brows beautifully, I get compliments on them.
