Such a relaxing and chill atmosphere, calm vibes. I could tell Shaila was being very precise and gentle. Before I opened my eyes, I knew my lashes were gonna be EXACTLY how I wanted them and they were perfect. I also did a brow shaping and as someone who’s been doing their own eyebrows for years because they don’t trust others to not mess up the shape, I trusted Shaila. And I’m glad I did because she followed my shape and just cleaned it up without taking too much off. I will definitely continue to come back because finding a good lash artist is so hard to find these days.

I had the chance to work with three techs (two for my nails, and one for my lashes) and everyone was lovely—kind, friendly, and professional. My deluxe pedicure and bio gel set are perfect! The only issue was communication about my lash lift and tint. As it was my first time, I made sure to mention that, but I wasn’t asked how much lift I wanted. The tech chose a very subtle lift, and I would have chosen maximum lift if I’d known there were different options. I feel like I paid for a service with very little visible difference which is really disappointing.

I’ve been going to see Natalia from Girls’n Lashes for over a year. First off, I’ll state that Natalia is definitely one of the most talented brow artists in the Etobicoke. Along with that, she is friendly, inviting and gives you exactly you asked for. Natalia truly is an expert in her services. I high recommend Natalia!

Results were great but the rubbing was very rough during my lash removal portion. I’ve been here before for lash removal a couple years ago and that lash tech was way gentler and I never felt any stinging or rough wiping. Lash extension results were great but again quite tough. I felt a lot of pulling on my lashes which hurt and made me tear.

I love this place. The staff are very friendly, but also sensitive to the times when you have an appointment at the end of the day, and are too tired for conversation. I have seen multiple practitioners for cuts, colour, and many of the esthetician services, and have always been pleased. I shopped around when I first came to Toronto before I found a place I was satisfied with.

Amazing experience every time at Winked Studio! She is extremely talented and pays great attention to detail. My lashes always look beautiful, clean, and full and they last so well. Amazing experience in the VIP room at Picasso Medi & Nails Spa! The team made me feel truly welcomed, respected, and comfortable with my invisible disabilities and as a proud LGBTQIA+ Two-Spirit person. My lashes, French tip nails and solid white pedi came out flawless. I was served champagne, sparkling water, coffee + fresh fruit, and even got to watch Degrassi (classic Drake days!) while being pampered. Beautiful service and incredible staff highly recommend!
