My 15 year old daughter had her first eyebrow wax & eyelash lift appointment with Genna recently. Genna was so informative, kind & gentle towards my daughter. My daughter felt so at ease with her, and has rescheduled for a facial. Thank you Genna for taking the time to be so considerate & welcoming.

Friendly and helpful. I had a lash lift and tint. The tint looks great but I can’t really see much difference to my eyelashes with the lift. Probably will just get a tint next time.

Chelsea created a warm and welcoming space where I felt comfortable. Am super particular about my brows and received my favourite lami yet. I’ve been yet to find my brow and lash ‘person’ and I think I might have now found her ☺️

Today was my first appointment at Smooth Beauty Bar with Genna, along with being my first brow & lash tint, what a great experience Genna was so professional and very mindful on what would work best for colouring. Chelsea has a lovey space that is nice and relaxing. She did a great job on my lashes and brows.

The Peel treatment and eyelash tint I had today was divine. My lashes look like I'm wearing mascara and my face feels amazing. Can not recommend Genna and Smooth Beauty Bar enough. Genna even met me at my car yesterday with an umbrella as it was pouring with rain. Now that is service. Love your work and you gorgeous lady. Thank you always going above and beyond for me xx🙏♥️
