Lilli was so lovely from the moment I met her and did an amazing job with my Korean lash lift and tint. My eyelashes have only recently started growing back, so I really wanted to show them off—and I couldn't be happier with the results! They look so beautiful, and I don't even need to wear mascara anymore. Lilli also has the most incredible natural-looking eyebrows, which she has done herself. They look absolutely stunning, so once my eyebrows have grown in a bit more, I'll definitely be booking in with her to have mine done too. If mine turn out anything like hers, I'll be thrilled! Friendly and helpful. I had a lash lift and tint. The tint looks great but I can’t really see much difference to my eyelashes with the lift. Probably will just get a tint next time.

Service was good, I was probably more disappointed in the fact that there is a Sunday surcharge but it doesn’t actually state that on the website or the booking link. It just says public holiday surcharge so I think head office would really benefit by telling their customers that. I also wasn’t aware that when you get the eyebrow shape and tint it is purely just waxing and tinting. I would’ve thought that it would’ve been mapped out and possibly some trimming and tweezerIng along with that shaping but the overall experience was good…. Melissa is lovely

The Peel treatment and eyelash tint I had today was divine. My lashes look like I'm wearing mascara and my face feels amazing. Can not recommend Genna and Smooth Beauty Bar enough.
