I recently had my lashes done! The lash artist was incredibly skilled and paid close attention to every detail. The technique she used really enhanced the shape of my eyes without making the lashes look too heavy or fake. Maia was hands down the best beautician I've ever had in my many years getting lash and brow tints! She had an incredible attention to detail in terms of safety, care and preferences for the brows, including a range of coloured dyes for people who don't want super dark brows. I didn't get a proper lash lift, but she made the effort to dry and curl my lashes up which no clinician has ever done for me before. To top it off, she's a lovely kind person, who is professional, inclusive and respectful by putting her client's preferences first. Thank you Maia!

By far the best lashes and the most comfortable lash application I’ve ever had. No discomfort, completely relaxing and amazing lashes.

I’ve been seeing Phoebe for my lashes for a while now, and she’s absolutely amazing! She’s always so attentive and makes sure I’m comfortable during every session. It was my first time visiting The Lash and Brow Gallery Malvern and I had such a great experience. I had my lashes tinted and my eyebrows waxed and tinted with Oscar, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The salon is beautiful, calm, and welcoming, and Oscar was amazing — professional, knowledgeable, and clearly very skilled at what he does. He made me feel comfortable straight away and took great care throughout the appointment. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend booking with Oscar.

Jasmyn was great! She took the time to carefully complete my lash lift, and I’m happy about the results! Although I’ve had lash lifts before, she still gave me a brief run through of post lash lift care and introduced me to the lash lift serum which I didn’t even know existed. I usually get red, sore eyes for days after getting lash extensions, but with her I had no redness or discomfort at all. She is so gentle that I even fell asleep during the appointment (which I never do easily!). Her studio is very clean, professional, and welcoming, and she’s genuinely kind. I tried the anime style for the first time and absolutely loved it. On top of that, her prices are really reasonable. I’m so happy with my lashes and highly recommend her!
