Visited Adiva Nails, Lashes & Beauty at Burwood One on 28/3/26 at 11:45am for a pedicure. The service was really relaxing and reasonably priced. Doris Tran did an excellent job, and her customer service was fantastic. What stood out most was the professionalism I noticed they only spoke English in front of customers, even when someone tried speaking Mandarin. It showed respect and inclusivity.

Tilisha has blow-dried my hair only a couple of times, but every time, it is spot on. I live interstate & come to Melbourne quite regularly and Lotus has become my new hidden Gem

The best lashes. Ive had lashes for over 15 years. Phoebe is kind, and well trained in all types of lashes and lash lift. My eyes dont go red and dont burn after application. The lashes lasts longer than other places I have been to and prices are very affordable.

I’ve been seeing Phoebe for my lashes for a while now, and she’s absolutely amazing! She’s always so attentive and makes sure I’m comfortable during every session. She really listens and knows what I want each time. I completely trust her with my lashes. Every experience I’ve had has been consistently great, and I always leave feeling so happy with the results. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for beautiful lashes and a lash tech who genuinely cares! 💖

I usually get red, sore eyes for days after getting lash extensions, but with her I had no redness or discomfort at all. She is so gentle that I even fell asleep during the appointment (which I never do easily!). Her studio is very clean, professional, and welcoming, and she’s genuinely kind. I tried the anime style for the first time and absolutely loved it. On top of that, her prices are really reasonable. I’m so happy with my lashes and highly recommend her!
