I had such a wonderful experience with Lana! She was warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived, making me feel completely comfortable. Her attention to detail is amazing, and it really shows in her work. Her space is calming, which made the whole experience even better. Most importantly, I’m absolutely thrilled with my eyebrows! This was my first appointment with Jess and she was fantastic. Not only did we have an amazing chat, she was so gentle I barely noticed anything she was doing. I’m usually super sensitive to a lash lift but this was the most pleasant experience. Jess also made me part of the planning process, checking what shape and colour I was hoping to achieve. Could not recommend her enough, I’ll be back!
