I usually visit this clinic for laser treatment and always have a fantastic experience from start to finish. The clinic is clean, modern, and welcoming, and the staff go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and informed at every step. What really stood out to me was the customer service. This was my first appointment with Jess and she was fantastic. Not only did we have an amazing chat, she was so gentle I barely noticed anything she was doing. I’m usually super sensitive to a lash lift but this was the most pleasant experience. Jess also made me part of the planning process, checking what shape and colour I was hoping to achieve. Could not recommend her enough, I’ll be back!

I recently tried the Skin Clean Laser treatment, and I’m really impressed with the results! The session was quick, and the staff made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. The laser felt warm on my skin but not painful, and there was only minimal redness afterward that faded within a few hours. there are amazing stuff 🥰💋

I walked in feel flat about the way my lashes looked and walked out feeling incredible. My lash lift made me look like I had cat eyes. They are amazing.
