Emma is honestly the best! I feel bad that this is the first review I have written for her because I have been going to her for years and after every single treatment (facials, massage, nails, waxing, tints to name just a few!) I have walked out glowing and happy. Emma's professional and technical knowledge is invaluable and this in turn makes every experience tailor made and unique to your requirements. Had eyebrow issues and my hairdresser,(Emma), who works here on Fridays recommended Grace. She understood what I wasn't happy with after having eyebrow lamination elsewhere, understood what I wanted to achieve and gave them a good shape and tidy up. Will come back again for eyebrows and also for a cut and colour with Emma. Lovely salon.

Emma is such a kind, wonderful person and a great beauty therapist. I’ve been twice now to have my waxing done and each time she’s put me completely at ease and chats away with a welcoming smile. I can’t imagine going anywhere else for my treatments now that I’ve found The Retreat!
