Emma greeted me with a big smile at reception and ushered me to her beauty room. The room is clean, cosy and beautifully decorated. She made me feel comfortable from the beginning and we talked like long lost friends. Emma is very professional and knowledgeable in her art. I booked for a different treatment in a couple of days and she has earned a new client. Very happy with the service I received.

Holly is always professional and welcoming whether you have been a regular customer or brand new. She listens to clients needs and I have never had any complaints with her work, it's witchcraft how she transforms me from Mrs Trunchbull to a literal eyebrow model.
