“I had my nose pierced today and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Emma was so professional, gentle, and reassuring throughout the whole process. She explained everything clearly, made sure I felt comfortable, and the piercing was quick and virtually painless. Her room was spotless and hygienic, which really put my mind at ease.
