Lily is an amazing lash tech! Since having my lashes done with Lily I have had so many compliments from people saying how lovely and natural they look. Honestly I can barely feel them on, they are super light and fluffy. To top it off Lily is such a lovely friendly girl and makes the appointment chilled and relaxing!

Charlie was super friendly and made the session really relaxing. She really took her time doing both fingers and toes ready for my holiday! It was the first time I had been to the Lash lounge and I would definitely recommend a visit xx

I generally don't enjoy having my haircut and never quite seem to like the end result. Postponed my appointment 3 times as I chickened out but today, even though I was very anxious. Was made to feel very welcome on arrival and instantly put at ease. Klaudia was great at listening to what I wanted from my drastic change to my very long hair. Gave loads of advice and discussed what she was going to do. Fabulous hairwash and head massage and then full attention to my cut and hairstyle. Klaudia is fantastic and I absolutely love my hair. Thank you so much Klaudia. Highly recommend.

Nicky gives me her full attention and always makes me feel special once it's had my hair done. I often ask for something different but as my hair is hard to manage and not having time to fraff about with it she ALWAYS makes it look 100% perfect.highly recommend everyone uses nicky.

First time going to Ains Beauty and I’ll definitely be going back. I saw this salon advertised on instagram and the hydra facial looked impressive compared to ones I’d had before, I decided to give them a go and booked in for a hydra facial with Naila. Naila was lovely and spent time going through my skincare routine and advised on a more suitable facial for my skin type. I took Nailas advice and I’m so pleased I did, my skin feels and looks amazing, my skin was very dehydrated and dull and now it’s glowing. I highly recommend Naila and I’ll definitely be going back.😊

Lily is so professional, kind ,friendly and so easy to get along with ,shes been doing my lashes for over 3 years now ,im amazed at how well she has looked after my natural lashes as i did have Russian lashes and for the last two years I've been having hybrids, lily is amazing at what she does and she just wants to help others succeed in the trade too, just shows what an amazing person she is . I had a lovely experience with Charlie. She did an amazing job on my nails and lashes, and everything was done with great care. I had a migraine during my appointment, and she was very understanding and adjusted the light to help me feel more comfortable. She was friendly, professional, and made the whole experience relaxing. I’m really happy with the results and would highly recommend her. 💕
