She was attentive, professional, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. The results were perfect—my brows are beautifully shaped, and the henna tint looks natural and lasts long. Absolutely stunning result. I have been a plucker for many year resulting in patchy eyebrows. I had a wax, shape and hybrid tint. I look completely different and you can't notice the patches in my brows.

Amy was my brow specialist and she did an amazing job. I expressed my concern to her with not having my brows waxed for a few years due to a bad past experience. It felt like she listened and managed her work to ensure that didn’t happen. Normally waxing really hurts and my eyes water when wax is stripped off but this was the first time it didn’t! And usually my skin goes super red for the whole day/night however the redness didn’t last that long! I was very suprised, happy and greatful for this experience and will definitely be back to see Amy again! Thank you!

My friend introduced him to me when I saw her nails done beautifully by Victor and it was truly an experience. He was very good and my nails were done gently. I really like his shape almond. And the waxing service is very gentle without any pain. Many thanks. I will come back again

Amazing service for my hair, love how it turned out and how she made sure I was happy with it. My eyebrows were done but it didn’t really look like they had been done and she kept asking me what she wants me to do and I looked at my eyebrows and there were heaps of bits that needed to be done still and she didn’t do them. She was so super sweet though! Would definitely recommend for hair! 💗

I’ve recently tried out the somewhat new Charlestown Browco after going to Kotara for years. I booked lash extensions with Jorja whom has done an excellent job in the last 3 times i have gone there and i will continue on receiving my services with her at Charlestown. Bree is super lovely and warm. She is excellent at waxing, making it fairly quick, comfortable and painless. I also treated myself to a massage and it was absolutely divine. 100% recommend
