Britt at Kotara did amazing! I am so happy with how my lashes turned out. I’ve never had my lashes done before and the first second I laid my eyes on the final result I fell inlove. I will definitely be going back, I had an amazing experience.

I always leave the salon feeling so relaxed and refreshed. Chelsea can always achieve the perfect blonde for me, my hair has never felt better :) The whole vibe of the salon is so friendly and very professional. Ash really went to town on my eyebrows making sure she’s gotten each individual hair, she shaped my brows to ensure they were still thick but shaped and in place and just perfect

Amazing. I was served straight away and it was really quick and my eyebrows were done really well. First time having them threaded too and it was a good first experience.

Tanisha went above and beyond to create the most perfect brows! She took the time to talk me through how I wanted my brows to be and they came out spot on. I almost cried I was so happy with them! And another big thanks to the other salon gals for looking after my little one while I had my service done. I’ll be back for sure! Thank you again Tanisha!

Good brow service, but the service was not good. Waited 45 minutes and then had to wait another 15 minutes. It was too busy for one person…

I’ve recently tried out the somewhat new Charlestown Browco after going to Kotara for years. I booked lash extensions with Jorja whom has done an excellent job in the last 3 times i have gone there and i will continue on receiving my services with her at Charlestown. Thank you for getting exactly what i’m looking for!!

A wonderful Beauty salon that offers different services. Threading , waxing , Facials , Henna tint for brows , lashes etc and using great product like Dermalogica and other beauty products . Very professional and friendly staff !

It was amazing. I didn’t get her name but the girl who was working walked us through the process to get our lash lift and tint as my sister and I have never gotten it done before. She also did my eyebrows and they look amazing. Highly recommend :)
