Allera did an excellent job as always with my eyebrows

I booked in for my Eyebrows to be waxed and tinted as well as my Eyelashes tinted. Which is was an amazing experience I was welcomed straight in and was constantly asked questions about how I’d like my eyebrows done which was very reassuring I was made to feel comfortable and was listened to. I than got my hair Shampooed, cut and styled which was also amazing, once again asked how I’d like my hair how much I’d like cut off and so forth both ladies I had today were so kind and happy to have a conversation while doing there job I’m very happy with all I had done today I’ll be back

My absolute number 1 place to always go to for a hair cut or get my eyebrows waxed. The lady’s there are always so lovely and caring and always up for a chat. Love going there, would definitely recommend!

I have previously been to the brassall branch in 2021 and the experience was really bad so I had steered clear. Today was a complete 180 on what happened last time. Natasha and Emma were awesome. I have autism and donate my hair which normally involves a lot of coaching that I'm not comfortable with and i dont really like haircuts. They made the whole experience seemless despite me showing up early, they were hospitable and Natasha actually asked me in a non pushy and friendly way if I wanted something tweaked, I didn't really need to instigate. Best experience in about a decade. Thank you.

I had my hair cut, coloured and eyebrows done. From start to finish staff were absolutely wonderful! Cara cut my hair for the first time and to say I'm overjoyed is an understatement. She listened to what I wanted and went above and beyond with my cut. It's hard to find really good hairdressers that translate what you say into the cut you wanted. Thank you so very much ladies! ❤️
