I have previously been to the brassall branch in 2021 and the experience was really bad so I had steered clear. Today was a complete 180 on what happened last time. Natasha and Emma were awesome. I have autism and donate my hair which normally involves a lot of coaching that I'm not comfortable with and i dont really like haircuts. They made the whole experience seemless despite me showing up early, they were hospitable and Natasha actually asked me in a non pushy and friendly way if I wanted something tweaked, I didn't really need to instigate. Best experience in about a decade. Thank you.

I train it from Brisbane to Booval to have Leanne cut my hair. Staff there are so kind. Pauline the best shop Manager. Great service - every time

On a call in visit (live on road permanently) I was estatic with my short chic/pixie/hipster cut. Most hairdressers are not confident cutting a ladies hair in classic manner but Chris pulled off. Very Satisfied. When in Brisbane/Ipswich will return!

Pauline, manager, is so friendly, always welcomes everyone with a smile. Kara, my hairdresser, is about the only one I know, who can cut my hair so perfectly, it looks and sits well for a whole 6 weeks before it needs a trim. Today, a hairdresser called ‘Jess’ cut my husband’s hair with such care and attention. He had gone to the barber next door, previously, and I couldn’t believe how the barber just went up the back of his head with an electric razor, making him look as if he had no hair. A cup of coffee is a bonus, But what happened to the biscuits? It has always been a great perk.

Brihanna was lovely engaging and did a great job trimming my hair. Very enjoyable experience. Also made my daughter feel comfortable and chatted to her as well. I will return to get my hair done again by Brihanna

The young apprentice 2 yr was extremely welcoming and friendly, she did a great job and she wasn't comfortable doing my fringe so asked for help and while learning i was grateful I could assist her with gaining experience. Thank you for the refresh wash and trim well over due and needed.
