Nell was lovely & polite from the first moment. The back massage was perfect with the right pressure around my tight shoulders & neck. During my lash & eyebrow tint, Nell asked throughout if I was ok & if I had any discomfort with the dye. Really good experience throughout. Thank you

Danielle was amazing, couldn't do enough to put me at ease. Explained exactly what was going to happen and said if I wasn't sure I could cancel. Took about an hour to get the shape and size that was right and she didn't mind stopping and starting again. Perfection comes to mind, once she had almost finished she took photos to ensure that my eyebrows were completely right. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her if you are considering having hyper realism eyebrows, I feel like my face is now as it should before age took mine away.

Had an amazing spa afternoon with Kadie yesterday. Fingernails, toe nails, facial, eyebrows and a full body exfoliation. Completely relaxed and holiday ready. What a lovely friendly salon from walking through the door. See you all when I get home. Xx

First time I visited here today. Had two areas of botox and a eyebrow wax and tint was put totally at ease, was talked through the process left feeling amazing thank you guys :)

Highly recommend to everyone and anyone the girls make you feel so so welcome like you’ve been going there forever they listen to what you would like they give you so much support, they are fantastic my confidence and self esteem has just rocked it, they definitely worked there magic and the end result I couldn’t be happier I’ve got me back and colours we’ve chosen has help my hair pop so so much there advice and wisdom is just amazing I put my hair in Katie’s hand and she’s has delivered more than what I expected, i can’t thank her enough

MASSIVE SHOCK! I can't believe I have eyebrows! I decided to try eyebrow lamination and I am so glad I did. I can't stop looking at them. For years, I have had sparse fair eyebrows but now I have loads and with shape too. I am so happy. Thank you!
