Nell was lovely & polite from the first moment. The back massage was perfect with the right pressure around my tight shoulders & neck. During my lash & eyebrow tint, Nell asked throughout if I was ok & if I had any discomfort with the dye. Really good experience throughout. Thank you

Danielle was amazing, couldn't do enough to put me at ease. Explained exactly what was going to happen and said if I wasn't sure I could cancel. Took about an hour to get the shape and size that was right and she didn't mind stopping and starting again. Perfection comes to mind, once she had almost finished she took photos to ensure that my eyebrows were completely right. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her if you are considering having hyper realism eyebrows, I feel like my face is now as it should before age took mine away.

My first Halo Head Spa was tremendous and I've already booked my 2nd. I think my comment was that I felt 10 years younger, and that if only I could have my hair washed like this every time 😃. Danielle set the scene which was very restful, I didn't know what to expect, but I trusted her and I wasn't disappointed. I'm not going to explain what happens cos it was such a lovely experience and I recommend everyone should try it out and let it be the best surprise. Thank you Danielle it was the best 👌 👍 😍 xxx

As always, a trip to R&R Wellness is a pleasure. The girls as so nice and always make me feel special. Vicky and the girls are exceptional in what they do. MASSIVE SHOCK! I can't believe I have eyebrows! I decided to try eyebrow lamination and I am so glad I did. I can't stop looking at them. For years, I have had sparse fair eyebrows but now I have loads and with shape too. I am so happy. Thank you!
