The staff was quite professional. I booked some services for my mother for Mother's Day not realizing that Barbados was locked down on Sundays. The staff reached out to my mum and informed her of the need to give her an earlier appointment at her convenience. I am so touched by this. After my mum got home, she called me to show off her treatments. She was well pleased with her eyebrows and the foot and hand massages. Needless to say, she will be back. Thank you guys for making this Mother's Day special for my mum!

While the procedure was generally less painful than a regular tattoo, there was some mild discomfort/sensation similar to small paper cuts. Shauna was very patient and answered my questions without fail. Would I get your eyebrows microbladed again? YES. It’s definitely worth the investment for me. I love not having to do my brows! I also like that it’s semipermanent so if I want to change my brow shape, I can in a year or so.

This is my 3rd visit and I am impresses each visit. From the moment I stepped in, it felt like Christmas. During the service, the under eye patch treatment and then the face massage were nice touches to my eyebrow wax ( I didnt realise these were included in the service🙈). At the end, I received a special Christmas token. I left feeling light and refreshed. Shenice makes you feel extremely comfortable!

The staff were nice. The lady that sis my eyebrows was lovely and explained what to do after the procedure was done. I even feel asleep which is unusual because o am always on guard. I never explained that I was a lecturer in beauty from England so it was good to see and feel care procedures being put in place e.g the couch being wiped before the next client. Thank you for making the first experience at your place a good one.

Totally professional. The entire process was explained beforehand and I was pleasantly surprised that i told what each step was while going through the process. That made me feel more comfortable and trust that i was in safe hands. I was totally surprised and extremely happy with the results. Relaxing after a long day on my feet 😌

This was my first appointment and I was blown away as soon as I walked through the door. My birthday is approaching and there was a welcome mesage and a birthday ballon on my arrival. Shenice immediately made me feel comfortable and explained the process as she went along. She also advised of the aftercare specifics. I am extremely pleased with my eyebrows and I will go again!
