As a first timer trying lash extensions & first time client with Keirosa, my experience was welcoming, comfortable & gentle. The lash application was light & natural as I hardly felt anything & Keirosa kept checking to make sure I was not experiencing any discomfort or burning. So I’m a newbie when it comes to lashes and I must say had an amazing experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. She is very pleasant and informative. My appointment was fantastic I had an issue where someone else had done my brows and didn't like how they had looked so I had contact lash the house down, she give me a consultation about the lashes, then I booked my appointment. Only my 2nd appointment with Marissa and I’m soo pleased that she was recommended to me. Delighted with my lashes. Marissa takes her time and takes great care, while clearly explaining every part of the process.
