Nerves were settled as soon as I walked in the door, with a refreshing and profession manner and the realistic delivery to the nano brow technique, for age and personal likes, was appreciated. Absolutely stunning result. I have been a plucker for many year resulting in patchy eyebrows. I had a wax, shape and hybrid tint. I look completely different and you can't notice the patches in my brows.

I had my first set of eyelash extensions done at Nova Beauty Charlestown and the experience was absolutely wonderful. The studio has such a calm, relaxing vibe that made me feel at ease right away. Elisha was fantastic! So knowledgeable, gentle, and professional. She explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I'm completely in love with my lashes, they look natural, full, and flawless. I’ve had so many compliments already. Highly recommend!

It was ok but had a better similar package at Charlestown hair and nail salon in the hill top plaza for $80 cheaper and much more thorough and flowed much better ,, really could have gone without the manicure and nails ,jasmine did a great massage

Lisa was absolutely amazing when I had my eyebrows done! She took the time to really understand how I wanted them to look and made sure I felt confident before she started. The result was perfect—I was beyond thrilled! I also had a facial, and it was truly incredible. I melted into full relaxation, and each step was better than the last. My skin feels unbelievably smooth and is glowing—I honestly can’t stop touching my face!

Very Professional - eyebrow wax

I just got my eyebrows waxed and tinted and my eyelashes curled and tinted, it was so relaxing in the reclining chair I nearly fell asleep! They have a nice location in the shopping centre away from the busy food court. The lady there was lovely too. 🙂

I really enjoyed my first visit to Utopia Skin and Spa. Amelia took good care of me and my eyebrows look neat and tidy again. I look forward to my next appointment. Many thanks
