Service was fine and initially looked alright wasn’t until I left and was in the car within the matter of a couple hours enough lashes had come loose to make it noticeable enough for me and I’m guessing other people definitely didn’t look like i just got them done. I only brushed them once or twice

I can’t thank John enough for fixing my eyelash extensions after a less than happy experience at another salon. I walked in feeling emotional and anxious, and he immediately made me feel heard and at ease. The lashes he gave me are stunning and so natural, I feel like I was born with them! A friendly and inviting beauty parlour. I have my eyebrows and lashes looked after by Georgia. Not only does she do an incredible job every time but she is kind and ensures you are happy with the work done. 5/5.

Lisa was absolutely amazing when I had my eyebrows done! She took the time to really understand how I wanted them to look and made sure I felt confident before she started. The result was perfect—I was beyond thrilled! I also had a facial, and it was truly incredible. I melted into full relaxation, and each step was better than the last. My skin feels unbelievably smooth and is glowing—I honestly can’t stop touching my face!

I just got my eyebrows waxed and tinted and my eyelashes curled and tinted, it was so relaxing in the reclining chair I nearly fell asleep! They have a nice location in the shopping centre away from the busy food court. The lady there was lovely too. 🙂

The staff member was very caring, made sure I was happy with result and took extra care in making sure my eyebrows were perfect

It was ok but had a better similar package at Charlestown hair and nail salon in the hill top plaza for $80 cheaper and much more thorough and flowed much better ,, really could have gone without the manicure and nails ,jasmine did a great massage

Ebony was excellent at choosing the right lashes for me and did an amazing job. Extremely satisfied and will definitely be coming back!
