I liked how the hairstylist suggested which hair length was best suitable for my face shape, and took his time to cut it well. A minor downside was that they didn't brush off the cut hair on my face nor tell me at the counter. I was left walking around the mall with hair on my face until I noticed it.

Smita is good at what she does. She did a great eyebrow waxing for me to blend with my old tattoo (which is in the process of laser removal).

Great first experience!. I saw Rochelle who did a great job. I just wanted a tidy up and re do the framing around my face. She did a fantastic job and it was what I wanted. Nice and quick as well which is great as I also had my 5 year old with me which they didn’t mind and I appreciate that! Will be back next time for my next tidy up! Thank you!

Amazing friendly manager & staffs who are delivering Quality services. Though it was my first visit they made me feel comfortable & at ease with all the required. Will recommend it for all the services as my personal experience with threading , Waxing & Hair Cut was fantastic!! Loved the musuc they were playing too and the funny cht - chats with the staffs & Customers there!!

I saw Jordan, and she was absolutely amazing! She made the whole experience on the edge of painless, even though I haven't gone waxing in a good year or two, and she was gentle and kind and just an ultimately soothing presence. 100/10 I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Not only was she good at her job, but she was kind and easy to talk to, and kept me distracted from the pain with good conversation
