Just always a great experience. Tori is just so cheerful all the time that I have been going there. Even on a tough day she still manages to bring a smile to my face and gets me laughing. Hopefully we are also able to bring as much joy to her when she needs :)

It was my first time with the Brow Bar, and Rosie shaped my eyebrows. I expressed my concerns being that they were too thick and unshaped. She analysed my eyebrows and carefully shaped them to best suit my face and address my concern. She was very kind, and gentle with waxxing and tweezing my eyebrows. It was a very pleasant experience, and my eyebrows look great.

Laura Jean has been doing my lash lifts/tints for a couple of years now. She’s a perfectionist; a great trait to have when you’re dealing with someone’s lashes or brows :) She’s the only one I trust to do a consistently fabulous job so I’ve followed her when she moved from Kenmore to Chelmer and will keep coming back.

I get Hybrid Eyelash Extensions done by Laura every time and I have been very happy with her work!! Everytime it looks perfect and it's exactly what I want and the lashes don't fall off for a log time! I get so many compliments from my friends. Laura is very good at details and she is a great communicator. Also she is very careful with hygiene and safety as well. Her salon is clean and comfortable and she always makes sure you are comfortable. Thanks Laura!!

Leticia has been cutting my hair for quite a number of years. This appointment was my first in over a year as a diagnosis last year resulted in me losing my hair from chemotherapy. Good sesh - when booking it said delux pedicure was for 1 ¼ and 20-30 mins for waxing but my 8:45 appointment finished at 9:45/9:50? When making g my appointment it advised i would be finished at 10:25. Either update your times or deliver full service? Thanks
