Ciara was amazing! She was personable, kind, and very accommodating. It was my first deep tissue massage and I was nervous lol. She made me feel so comfortable the whole time and really got me feeling like a new woman! I’ll absolutely be coming back!

I have had seven facials, three massages and one body scrub. I have enjoyed every minute of it!! Ciara really gets all the tension out of my body with her deep tissue massages. My facials have been with both Lori and Rhiannon and my skin has never looked better. If you want to treat yourself to some self care I highly recommend Ritual Spa at The George Washington Hotel!! I had the ultimate relaxing experience at The Ritual Spa! First I spent time in the pool and hot tub which got me into a relaxing mood. Then I had a facial with Rhiannon. She customized it just for me and listened to my skin concerns. The head massage included was amazing! Then I had a full body massage with Sierra, which was also customized to me and SO good! The whole atmosphere was so gorgeous with so many special extras like a comfy robe, slippers, and even snacks. You absolutely must try this place!

I started in the pool and jacuzzi, which was the perfect way to relax and ease into the day. After that, I had a 60-minute massage—and it was absolutely phenomenal. I love deep tissue work, and the therapist did not disappoint. I left feeling completely recharged. Highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful experience. Beth was so kind and listened to both my cousin and I completely. This was the first time I'd seen my cousin genuinely happy and excited. The salon as a whole has a wonderful energy where you know can tell you can just be yourself.

That was the epitome of a perfect spa experience. The hotel is awesome, can feel the history as soon as you step inside. The spa itself has a relaxing atmosphere and is very user friendly. And Ciara delivered one of the best massages I've ever had. It was on par with my favorite massage therapists after many sessions to get to know my body and issues. And on the first visit. Incredibly intuitive. Can't recommend Ritual Spa and Ciara enough! Perfection.

This was amazing. A very relaxing experience tailored to your skin and body. I've had facials and body care that cost way more and weren't even worth a quarter of this experience. The scalp massage was a beautiful touch, as was the product recommendation without pushing products. Will return (and I'm a hard sell!)

This is my second time at Coven Salon and it was just as great as my first visit. Calypso was super sweet with my 8 year old daughter, who was very excited to get the full salon experience. She offered to curl her hair at the end and the way my daughter lit up when the chair was turned around to face the mirror was priceless. Thank you for the memory! We will be back for sure!
