Natalie is great. She’s such a bubbly and lovely character. You could be having the worst day and you’ll feel much much better the minute you see her. The owner & the team managed to create a wonderful plan to help me prep for my wedding & I feel 200 times better now that I’ve completed our plan. From Hbot to Red light to Yolandi’s magical lymphatic drainage massages, they’ve made sure I was ready for my wedding abroad! Good job team!!

After a terrible 2025nI booked today off. I looked for a last minute appointment, inky yesterday and was lucky enough to get one today. I am always a little apprehensive (no idea why) Jody was great from the moment we meet. I felt instantly at ease. The massage and facial were wonderful. Far exceeded my expectations. I haven't felt this relaxed in ages. I have already booked my next appointment. Highly recommend. Thank you Jody!
