I saw add in happy Buddha window .I’ve had TMG jaw pain for a very long time .,2 days after a jaw massage the pain was gone .I am very Surprised and impressed ,Kimberlys body knowledge and it’s connection's is a gift ,very kind and professional ,second appointment already booked .

If you have deep rooted neck and shoulder tension, headaches and daily pain. I highly recommend Lou, she provides a massage at a level that suits you, may take a sequence of visit to release the tight areas, but well worth it, no more pain. Lou is very profressional, and informative, you will feel like your floating when you leave, and have the best night sleep ever xx

I had intimate hollywood waxing with jo and there was next to no pain, she was incredibly professional and made me feel at ease and was over and done in very good time. Will definatley book again. Highly recommend this establishment for all beauty needs. Not only is cassidy an incredible person she's achieved so much and will achieve complete greatness in what ever she sets her mind to. Absolutely incredible.

As a beginner to reform pilates, I did not want to join a big class and feel stupid,, so a 1:1 session with Danielle was perfect. The studio is lovely and calming and the equipment is as you'd find in a larger studio. Danielle is very knowledgable and made sure to correct my form to get the utmost benefit from the session. I will be back for certain!

Lili is a class act. She provides an excellent service and you know that you are in professional hands: Lili knows what she is doing. Despite there being plenty of places in Bournemouth, where I live, I prefer to come to Skincare Cafe in Poole for my beauty treatments.

Wow.. what can I say! What a totally amazing experience this was! My first hot stone massage and I will definitely being going back regularly. I didn't realise how much stress my body had been holding on to. jaew was totally amazing.. so knowledgeable and recognised all my issues. She gave me so much good advice on how to look after my body. I can't recommend her enough.. I came away feeling rejuvenated and looking forward to going back.

I booked a Hollywood wax with sarah and after quickly realising i couldn’t handle the pain of a wax she talked me into lazer and I’m SO GLAD she did!! The quickest and most pain free experience!! Can’t wait for my next appointment!!

Back from my first ASMR treatment with Sarah. I’m still floating. Didn’t know what to expect but wow how relaxing was that. Never knew there were so many ways to massage the scalp and hair. Always a pleasure to see Sarah and working her magic. So calm and professional throughout. Thoroughly recommend this treatment, if you haven’t tried it, go on. I’m definitely booking in again. I originally booked in with Sarah for a Hollywood wax however my pain tolerance is veryyyyy bad and I thought this was the only way I could get rid of my hair! That was until I met Sarah … she instantly explained to me all about IPL Hair Removal and the benefits of it, completely reassuring me of the process, what to expect and the results! She is the kindest and most considerate beauty specialist I’ve ever been too as she really listens her clients from what I have experienced! Plus she offers loads of amazing services to try and treat yourself too! 🫶🏼
