I had lymphatic drainage massage with Mia yesterday. Mia is amazing 👏 she makes time ro answer any questions, explains the treatment in depth, recommended diet lifestyle changes and supplements to help my conditions. Nothing was rushed, the treatment was absolutely 💯 blissful! I have had many massages but this one was the best by far. I slept the best i have in a long time, feel less heavy and puffy. Mia is very knowledgeable and talented, she has magic hands! Would definitely recommend and I can not wait to return soon. 🩷

The Solace Head Spa is a beautiful hidden gem in Llandudno - Jo makes you feel so welcome & cared for; the hot stone massage with Japanese head spa after is absolutely fantastic to relax & unwind with. Can not recommend this enough!!

Mia is a wonderful therapist and knew exactly what my aching postpartum body needed. She made me feel so comfortable and welcome and after the full body massage I felt like I had been reborn. I've had many massages before but this was a first from Mia and wow. I cannot wait to come back.

This afternoon I have enjoyed a sublime full body massage together with an anti ageing mini facial. As they say on Strictly Come Dancing.....A-MAZ-ING! Mia is so knowledgeable, experienced & a dedicated professional therapist. The pressure applied felt so therapeutic..the quality of the products used & aroma was heavenly. I feel so relaxed & yet very sprightly too when I left. So lucky that Mia is in Llandudno as the treatments I have enjoyed since last year have made a tremendous difference to my physical health & wellbeing. Thank you Mia, you are simply the best. Had the 90 mins one and could not fault it. Joanne was so friendly and made you feel at ease from the start. She went through everything first and let you pick fragrances. So relaxing with a massage heated bed. Walked out feeling so relaxed and happy well worth it

Excellent, the best one yet. Liza was very reassuring from the onset. It became very obvious she knew what she was doing without being an overbearingly know all. Quietly confident and sympathetic to her client was her forte. Will definitely arrange a massage next time I’m in Llandudno!

Had a lovely few days at Bodysgallen. Great hotel with plentiful and personable staff. The building is full of historical connections and has several comfortable public rooms, ideal for relaxing or reading. The gardens and the spa are on your doorstep and are really well maintained and add to the overall experience. Location wise, Bodnant garden and Llandudno are both within 15 mins drive.

Had Kineto back & neck massage today which felt fantastic. Mia has a great massage technique & applies the right pressure needed & intuitively knows where to free all the tension knots in my neck & back. I feel so much freer & my mobility & posture has greatly improved. Mia is my one stop shop so to speak for massage, facials, reflexology pressotherapy/Manual lymphatic Drainage all of which have made a huge difference to my overall wellbeing. Thank you.

I had a Japanese head massage recently and it was a wonderfully calming experience. The therapist was lovely, gentle, attentive, and very skilled. She took into account my scalp sensitivity, adjusting the treatment to suit my needs. The massage itself was deeply relaxing and helped ease the itchiness I often struggle with. By the end, my scalp felt soothed and much more comfortable. A truly relaxing treatment that also provided real relief, highly recommend.

Today I recieved the Pressotherapy and - WOW! It was amazing. The room was comfortable and warm with a relaxing atmosphere. Mia was exceptional in her knowledge and attention to detail. I received a head massage during the Pressotherapy, and felt overwhelmingly relaxed. Following my treatment I was warm all day, relaxed and felt light throughout my legs. A truly beneficial treatment.

Full body massage today which was sublime. So relaxing. Mia knows instinctively what pressure to apply when massaging. I was so chilled out, slept like a log & today feel amazing & my legs look normal...not puffy. Have booked future apt for Manual Lymphatic Drainage massage as that too does me the power of good. Since visiting Mia, I can see & feel a tremendous improvement both visually & my general overall wellbeing having suffered with lymph problems. Thank you Mia! Miracle worker. Jackie Thomas

Absolutely amazing experience.. I suffer with a condition called Lipo Dema recently received extensive surgery on my legs removing 22 L of lipedema fat modules..
