Jessica was very professional, and she has a great deal of knowledge about skincare. The gua sha massage was phenomenal - and my skin was left feeling moisturized (but not oily). 10/10 my favourite facial in Hamilton!

I had a very pleasant experience at the spa. This was my first visit. I felt safe,they took the covid protocol seriously. I was hand with a mask that looks like a beak covering the nose and mouth area. The mask did not obstruct the facial massage at all. Krista was very experience and knowledgeable. I've been to many beauticians back in Singapore and had never come across anyone like Krista. Her skills was so damn good i sure will be revisiting again for sure! Ambience was very comfortable and clean. 101% satisfactory!!!

Great experience! The staff is always so kind and welcoming. I've been here for facial treatments and decided to try a pedicure. Danika was super nice and did an amazing job on my pedicure, it was so relaxing :) Highly recommend this place!

I’ve been for the bloom massage a few times now and it never disappoints. The massages are incredible, every oil, cream and mask they use is perfect. I’ll be back for more without a doubt.

I had a great experience and will definitely return! I felt like the staff really made me feel acknowledged before my appointment began and then again after with cute extras like a chocolate and bag! The facial itself was fantastic. Jessica made me feel really comfortable and the treatment was very relaxing. We chatted about my skin beforehand, so Jessica made sure to use products that addressed my hormonal acne—plus they smelled incredible! Her gua sha massage was definitely a highlight. Overall, it was a great first visit to Flourish!

I had a facial with Danika and it was absolutely amazing. From all the difference masks she used to the massage, Danika made my experience both relaxing and made my skin glow. She's also very knowledgeable in all the products and I can't wait to start using some of the newer ones. Looking forward to booking my next one.

Danika has a lovely touch. I had a facial done. Really enjoyed the head/neck/arm massage! Lovely relaxing music & atmosphere. The products are all natural and feel & smell divine! My skin feels so soft & glowing! It was a lovely experience & great place to de-stress! 10/10
