It was my first time here. The space was bright, full of people but the service was exceptionally individual. I got to choose from a large array of scents for the bath bomb for my pedicure. Hannah was great at explaining and ensuring everything felt nice and comfortable. She was very friendly and supportive when I was trying to decide what to do with my nails and no idea was 'too much'. She was kind, patient and efficient as she worked on my bio gels, that I absolutely loved. The shop is clean, the staff are friendly and I would definitely go back again!!

Sandy always provides an excellent service. However, this is the second time the salon was over full and I had to wait to have my second done. This was not Sandy’s fault but something to be mindful of when regular clients pre book appointments.

I had the Lux Pedicure and it was awesome! My technician at Hamilton location was Julie. Includes a complimentary bath bomb, regular polish, nail shaping, cuticle trimming, foot scrub, choice of mask & paraffin wax ending with a relaxing massage and a hot towel. So relaxing!

I had an awesome experience at the Hamilton location today getting my nails done! The staff was extremely friendly and every step was explained to me as I was getting my bio gel full set nails done. I cannot recommend Lux enough. Every single visit I have left happy and satisfied with my service. I have been for a pedicure and a shellac manicure plus the removal. Each service has been a luxurious experience. They really take their time to make sure everything is done properly while maintaining cleanliness and precision. They are currently remodelling, which is turning out beautifully!! I highly recommend checking this place out if you want quality service. The staff is just the cherry on top. Extremely welcoming and always have smiles on their faces. 5 stars all around!!
