Amazing service, it started with detagling and the most relaxing hair wash I've had in a while. My braider was gentle, I was even falling asleep, they offered me tea and they even tried to make a pillow from a towel so I could be comfortable while dozing off. The towels are clean. The whole experience was amazing.

I had an absolutely lovely time here. It was my first time and it was great. The space is centrally located, with a safe parking garage opposite the Gardens Centre. I did a pedicure and they have massage chairs! Amazing! The application was good, as was the scrub and massage. Grace was very friendly and smiley and really wanted me to be happy and impressed. The only slight down was that they were 20 min late for my appointment but I forgot about that the moment the massage chair started up. They could work on cleanliness and nail equipment a bit but still a place I'd definitely go to again!

I had the most amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, Sabeeha made me feel so comfortable and really took the time to understand the look I wanted. Her attention to detail is incredible and the final result was absolutely flawless. My makeup looked beautiful, felt lightweight, and lasted the entire day. I received so many compliments! To start off with the salon is very beautifully setup with a calming atmosphere. I got a very warm welcome, once I arrived and as I was ushered to my seat I was offered a complimentary drink, which was an unexpected surprise. Lydia and the ladies handled my hair with so much care, and always checking to make sure my comfort had not been compromised, was wonderful! And the attention to detail is unmatched. I would definitely recommend The Potter's Beauty Care to everyone, it is worth every cent! I will definitely be back, they have gotten themselves a new loyal customer!
