Sindollhouse provides an invaluable service to Edinburgh’s LGBT community and that alone warrants a recommendation. This place, and the amazing makeup professional, Kath, have quite literally transformed my life (no pun intended). Makeup tuition is at your own pace and can be tailored around your specific requirements (spending more time on lashes or contouring for example). Don’t just keep viewing the site, go ahead, take the plunge and make a booking! You will thank yourself later.

I got artists choice by Linda and she totally nailed it 😉 I have these EPIC tiger nails with 3D flowers and I am so in love. The funny thing is I wouldn’t have picked these for myself but I trust her completely and they literally are SO ME! I love doing artists choice it’s such an exciting surprise

Such a pleasant experience with such a lovely girl. She has a lovely way of making you feel relaxed and does an amazing job. Been going to have my eyebrows done by Eve for some years now and would not dream of going anywhere else.

My makeup session with Katie exceeded expectations. The artist took time to understand the look I wanted and executed it perfectly. The blending, color matching, and attention to detail were exceptional. I felt comfortable throughout the entire process and absolutely loved the final result

I have never had my makeup done professionally before and I am so glad that I went to Sarah. She was so patient and understanding with me. Being an older lady she listened to what I thought I wanted and tried to make me feel at ease. She explained what she was doing and said that she would make sure that when I left the studio I would be happy with the makeup she had applied. She did a great job and I would highly recommend her. Many thanks for the great experience. Hopefully see you soon.

Sarah is literally incredible!!! Sarah was so kind and friendly when she was doing a Korean lash lift on me - not to forget an absolute perfectionist! My lashes look absolutely amazing, like perfect extensions but my own. So happy I went after a recommendation and will definitely be back :) xx

I had a wonderful first visit to this salon today. The staff immediately made me feel so welcome and comfortable, and everyone was incredibly friendly and professional. Megan did a beautiful job on my eyebrow lamination and took the time to make sure I was happy with every step of the process and I’m so pleased with the results.

I booked Eve to do my make up for a wedding and I absolutely loved it. My make up was perfect and Eve made me feel extremely comfortable throughout my appointment. Would highly recommend.

I had such a great time Gillian helped me so much to improve my make up skills which were very limited. She showed me step by step what to do on one side of my face and I did the other. I am so pleased with result and would really recommend it. I feel really confident that I can use what I have learned today going forward. Gillian is also providing me with suggested products and brushes etc to help. I can look glammed up whenever I want.
