I needed my eyebrows done for a party and I asked for recommendations on Facebook for where to go and there I found Elegance of Beauty. Jess was very welcoming as soon as I walked through the door! She listened to my concerns as I have very sparse eyebrows! She worked with me to ensure the colour of my brows match my hair colour and after figuring out the shape I preferred, she went right to work. I am very happy with my brows. I would recommend this business to anyone looking to get their eyebrows done. The atmosphere is relaxing, music on in the background and a little chat is always nice!

Loan's service was amazing. Her knowledge and application of my weft extensions was great. Her prices are very reasonable, and most of all she's a lovely person with exceptional customer service skills. I'll certainly be returning to Loan for all my extension maintenance.

I’ve had the pleasure of being looked after by Emily, who’s not only delightful, but an outstanding colourist and stylist. She carefully listens, clarifies and provides her honest knowledgeable feedback. She doesn’t push extra products or services, instead guiding me on how best to maximise longevity out of my style and colour, with minimal maintenance. I always leave feeling great and receive compliments from family, friends and even strangers. Thank you, Emily, for your amazing work!

Always a 10/10 experience! I have been going between the Browns Plains & Springfield salons for a long time, and my favourite beautician from Browns Plains I’ve now found over at Springfield - was so excited to have my eyebrows done by her again as she always does such an amazing job! I got the brows threaded and tinted. They look amazing and I’ve gotten lot of compliments as well. I didn’t have to wait or book an appointment before hand and the price was reasonable as compared to other saloons which charge over 100 for the same service.
