I had a Japanese Tsuboki facial with Adele and it was a wonderful experience. Adele was professional, welcoming, and made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived. The treatment was deeply relaxing and helped release tension in my face, neck, and shoulders. My skin felt refreshed, lifted, and glowing afterwards. Adele’s expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout. I left feeling rejuvenated and pampered. I would highly recommend Adele and will definitely be booking another treatment soon.

I had a wonderful full body aromatherapy massage with Adele at Cove Holistics. Adele took the time to tailor the treatment to exactly what I needed and blended the aromatherapy oils to suit my individual needs, which made the whole experience feel really personal and thoughtful. The massage itself was incredibly relaxing, with just the right pressure throughout. I left smelling lovely,feeling refreshed, and far less tense both physically and mentally. Adele is always professional and welcoming. I would highly recommend!!

I had the aromatherapy full body massage today and it was delightful. A full consultation to establish my needs and then all in on the relaxation and self care. A lovely bespoke blend of gorgeous smelling oils to help me on my way with Adele’s expert massage techniques to get rid of recent stresses and strains. It was wonderful. Treat yourself!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Such a relaxing and rejuvenating infrared sauna experience! The setting was calm and beautifully designed, with soft lighting and a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. The gentle heat was deeply soothing without feeling overwhelming, and I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and completely reset. Everything was spotless and welcoming. I can’t wait to book again!

The candlelit yoga evening with Adele and Claire was such a beautiful, calming experience. The soft lighting and gentle music created an instant sense of peace. Claire’s yoga practice was slow, grounding, and deeply restorative, with clear guidance that made it easy to fully switch off. Adele’s realignment work added an extra layer of care, helping release tension and leave me feeling balanced. I went home lighter, stretched, completely de-stressed, and slept amazingly. Adele made me feel completely at ease, and the treatment melted away tension I didn’t even realise I was holding.
