I had my brow and lash tint done by Ras, and I couldn't be happier with the results. She was incredibly welcoming, professional, polite, and very precise in her work. Ras takes the time to make sure everything is perfect and won't let you leave until you're completely satisfied. The salon is also very cosy, clean, and has a lovely atmosphere. As always, absolutely fantastic service! There is never any awkward silences, feeling ignored, or passed around people. Just a relaxed, calm, friendly environment. Going to Gem, is just like having a catch up with a friend, with the added bonus of walking away with such detailed, delicate, beautiful nails! She took the time to listen to my preferences and gave great advice based on my skin type.
