As always, absolutely fantastic service! There is never any awkward silences, feeling ignored, or passed around people. Just a relaxed, calm, friendly environment. Going to Gem, is just like having a catch up with a friend, with the added bonus of walking away with such detailed, delicate, beautiful nails! I walk in with a vision, and Gem turns it into a reality on my nails!! Highly recommend

Susan was fabulous as usual! I had a Hollywood wax and it really was so much less painful than I’d built it up to be in my head, I’ve recently stopped laser hair removal due to the pain and waxing is definitely the way to go! Thanks Susan and what a beautiful little business Eloquin is!

The Experience i had today was great. However the method of waxing that was used for my eyebrows i dont normally use. So was a little taken back. However i was happy all round.

Gem is a fantastic beautician, but she’s especially outstanding and very quick at intimate waxing. She always talks to you while she’s doing it so you don’t have time to think about it and she’s so quick at it, so it’s all over and done within half an hour max. Her salon is also really clean and she uses really nice products. Thank you so much for it Gem. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Gem is amazing at all the treatments she offers, but I particularly think she’s outstanding at intimate waxing and brows. She’s also very good at gel nails, so I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Lily was amazing! This was my first ever lash lift and she has done such a beautiful job, my lashes look stunning! Lily herself was just so lovely and we had such great conversations. I can’t believe the value for money too - £48 for a lash lift and tint which can last 6-8 weeks?! In this day and age that is such a great price, knowing you don’t have to spend masses amounts of money to feel beautiful! 100% will definitely come again 😁❤️

Gem is a very professional multitalented beautician. Most beauticians don’t do waxing or other therapies, whereas she covers all sorts of things in a professional manner such as intimate waxing, eyebrows, manicures and pedicures, massage, etc. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, she’s totally the best and she’s also a lovely person and such fun to talk to.
